TCA By-Laws/Handbook Chair Report

Three changes to the TCA By-Laws were proposed (see current newsletter) at LDC, July 2007.  They will be presented to the association at the annual Conference 2007.

The TCA Handbook is in the process of being updated by President Anna Shelsky, Executive Director Becky Murray and Chair Randy Gambrell.  TCA is moving away from a hard copy handbook to CD (hard copy will be maintained by the Executive Director).  Chapters and Divisions are encouraged to print their own copies as needed.  Verbal explanation of the development of the original handbook will be provided at Conf07.
