9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Emerging Leader Training
3:00 - 5:30 PM Check-In/Registration @ Garden Hotel
6:00 PM Dinner and Opening Session
8:30 PM President’s Reception in honor of Emerging Leaders
Friday/Saturday itineraries/agendas will be available at check-in/registration

1 - nights you need a reservation – Thursday? Friday? Saturday (TSCA)?
2 - preferred roommate
3 - indicate if you want a room by yourself - you will be responsible for 1/2 the room cost
(you will owe $28 a night)
4 - Chapter position/Division position/Governing Council position
5 - *Attendance at Dinner on Thursday evening - mandatory*
6 - Attendance at Dinner on Friday evening (optional)
You may select to eat with the group at a nice restaurant selected by Jim Gray (TTU) paid for by TCA or eat on your own and receive a per diem
7 – Will you eat buffet breakfast on Friday morning? Saturday morning? Sunday morning (TSCA)?
ALL CHAPTERS/DIVISIONS must bring President, President Elect, Membership Chair and an Emerging Leader (preferably 4 different people for leadership development!). TCA will pay for these 4 individuals.
ANY TCA member is welcome and invited to attend and participate in LDC (if you are not an officer or included in the above information we will ask that you pay your own expenses – thank you!).
