The goals for the membership committee are:

1) Increase the total number of members in TCA by 5 % per year over the total number of member as of 11/06. This is in line with the new TCA strategic plan.

2) Convert 5% of the "new professionals" members to regular members

3) Increase the visibility of TCA among Tennessee counselors.
