Meetings’ Summary:  This Spring WCA held several initial interest meetings in March in Johnson City, TN at which several individuals renewed or joined TCA membership.  WCA also held another meeting on April 7, 2011 with 7 people in attendance.  The by-laws of WCA have been located, but the version we found is outdated and needs revision.  A committee was formed at the April meeting with the charge to revise and submit a current version of WCA’s by-laws. The governing board (Julina Pyanoe- President; Lorie McCorkle – President Elect; Treasurer – Kellie Ross; Secretary – Rebekah Byrd) met twice as a group for planning and goal setting.  The following are goals the board and members have set for the upcoming year:
